Financial Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Calculate and accrue entries for salaries, interest, taxes, and other accounts.

2. Perform monthly closing checks.

3. Handle tax filings.

4. Audit the company's full set of accounts (including accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses, inventory, fixed assets, etc.).

5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards, along with management analysis reports, and report the company's operational status & financial results to senior leadership.

6. Be responsible for providing compliance suggestions and oversight regarding the company's finance and business operations, ensuring robust internal controls and risk management.

7. Serve as a communication bridge between subordinates and senior leadership; among different internal departments; between the company and its agents; and between the company and government departments.

8. Submit statutory documents such as AOC-4 (Financial Statements) and MGT-7 (Director's Report) to government authorities on time.

9. Handle the calculation, filing, and management of all taxes involved by the company, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

10. Respond to inspections and audits conducted by government departments such as Customs, Taxation, and Administration for Industry and Commerce.

11. Handle other tasks assigned by senior leadership.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess extensive accounting knowledge, capable of independently completing full-cycle accounting processes. Holding a CA certificate is required.

2. Familiar with Indian tax regulations and international tax knowledge (familiarity with the China-India Double Taxation Agreement is a plus).

3. Proficient in systems such as Tally ERP 9/SAP.

4. Fluent in English as a working language; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

5. Skilled in using data processing tools such as Excel and Power BI.
