Job Description

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases. Clearly and effectively present and explain financial products (such as personal loans, home loans, credit cards, etc.) to prospective clients. Understand customer's financial needs, circumstances, and requirements to pitch suitable products. Answer questions about products and the application process. Persuade potential customers to apply for financial products and guide them through the initial steps. Collect and verify required information and documents from clients for application processing. Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all calls, sales, and lead information in the CRM system. Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Follow up on potential leads who showed interest but did not apply. Stay updated with the latest financial products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria of our partner banks and NBFCs. Ensure adherence to all company policies and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
