Work closely with leaders across Technology and Finance functions to define and execute strategic initiatives. Turn ideas into business cases and help in prioritizing various projects. Prepare operating budgets for various departments to support the organization's cost optimization goals. Prepare financial models that analyze monthly financial results to identify drivers and explain key variances. Complete forecasts and modeling to ensure timely and accurate results. Assist in re-forecasting activities and updating/evolving forecast models. Provide support during forecast/budget cycles with consolidation and tracking, including stress testing. Collaborate with various departments to assist with their expense management strategies and procedures. Prepare ad hoc departmental reports that analyze financial results versus budget/forecasts. Responsible for expense management, analytics, and enhancing management reporting provided to the Business Finance Officer Teams. Provide timely and effective management reporting and analytics around Revenue, Expenses, and Headcount. Work on pass-through and alignment. ISOW approval and creation. Assist in creating presentations for Executive Management. Draft financial reports and presentations for management to inform business and financial decisions. Seek guidance from senior management regarding challenges that require more advanced knowledge. Automate routine reports for various expenses and KPIs. Work closely with Account leads and teams to identify system transformations and provide inputs from a Business Finance perspective. Create business impact by providing effective financial reports to leaders to support decision-making. Engage in Software Engineering, including the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications. Apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems. Develop and apply software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance. Exercise original thought and judgment, supervise technical and administrative work of other software engineers. Build skills and expertise in software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the role. Collaborate as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders. Grade Specific Strategic business partnering skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Solid PC skills including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. Financial reporting/analysis experience with prior FP&A experience. Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently. Generate bold, creative ideas to improve performance. Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a team environment.
