Financial Reporting Controller

As a Financial Reporting Controller at Lenskart, you will play a crucial role in driving monthly fiscal reviews of all entities and leading corrective exercises to maintain the hygiene of the books. Your responsibilities will include preparing financials in Schedule VI template at the entity level, ensuring the integrity and hygiene of financial data and books, controlling the GL opening and closures, and being well-versed in relevant accounting standards and INDAS guidelines applicable to the business. Your role will also involve driving adherence to processes for timely closure of both statutory and internal audits, reviewing all financial processes and policies to strengthen internal financial controls of the company, and leveraging your expertise as a Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience. Your proficiency in statutory closures, Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS), accounting standards, and basic exposure to driving financial controls will be essential in this position. Strong analytical and communication skills will further enhance your ability to excel in this role.
