Financial Reporting Analyst role:

Shift: General

Work Mode: Hybrid

Notice Period: Only Immediate Joiners

NOTE: 6 months of contractual role, 3rd party payroll. Should have experience in Balance sheet, Income statement preparation preferably with US/UK/Canadian client experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist Vice President Financial Reporting with all aspects of financial reporting and technical accounting under SEC and U.S. GAAP standards.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements, including drafting financial statements, disclosures and MD&A, for both internal and external reporting under GAAP and assist in quarterly SEC filings
Preparation of quarterly bank compliance reporting packages
Preparation of quarterly impairment analyses
Preparation of net income forecasts
Equity compensation accounting
Assist with SOX compliance
Assist with special projects, including acquisition accounting, as needed
