SHIFT - 12:00 PM IST to 21:00 PM IST 2 to 4 Years of work experience. Good knowledge into finance & accounting. Candidate must have strong communication Working Knowledge of SAP S4 Detailed understanding of FINOPS processes and SOP's. Adhering to RICC controls. Preparing reliable and accurate accounting information. Informing Supervisor/leader about any process issues immediately. Executing according to SLA's / KPIs. Providing ideas for improvements and takes initiatives in the process improvements and automation projects. Help the new joiners settled in the team and shares knowledge with the team. Drive and/or be involved in team projects of strategic nature Maintain process landscape; monitor, prioritize and optimize existing processes Provide support to the execution teams viz process related queries Collaborate proactively/effectively with multiple stakeholders in CSO, CEN and GSCOPS. Key Responsibilities: Managing customer account end to end to make sure SO & PO are well placed & on tie invoicing is done. Collaboration with cashbox teams, CSO & CSP to get on time rates filed. Ensure all criteria are met to improve SO & PO automation. Ensure on time & correct job costing is done before month end closure. Should adhere to RICC control guidelines
