Role Description This is a Part-time (11 a.m. to 7 p.m.) on-site role for a Tele Executive at Financial Feathers in Chennai . The Tele Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our financial planning services, and scheduling appointments for our financial advisors. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of calls and client interactions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field ( FRESHERS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY ). Excellent communication skills,both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Good understanding of financial products and services. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job. Responsibilities Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers. Present and promote products or services to customers effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering appropriate solutions. Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, feedback, and complaints. Achieve and exceed set targets and KPIs.
