As a Co-Founder/Strategic Business Partner in a Skincare Venture based in Mumbai/hybrid location, you will have the opportunity to participate in an Equity + Investment-Based Partnership. The primary goal is to co-create a brand that has the potential to scale and attract VC funding within 18-24 months, focusing on skincare and other related categories. The venture aims to revolutionize aesthetics and skin education in India. Currently, the studio and academy operations are yielding positive outcomes, setting the foundation for further growth. We are seeking a proactive partner or co-founder who can not only invest capital but also play a hands-on role in scaling and strategically guiding the development of two key verticals: 1. **Studio**: Specializing in result-oriented skin aesthetics, PMU (Permanent Makeup), and regenerative skincare. 2. **Academy**: Providing skin and aesthetic education with the ambition to expand nationwide within the next 6-8 months. The ideal candidate for this role would be an entrepreneurial individual or a strategic thinker with a proven track record in execution. You should be willing to contribute both financially and strategically to the venture. A passion for wellness, aesthetics, or education is crucial, as is the shared vision of creating a brand that can grow, attract VC funding, and expand its product range and educational offerings within the specified timeline.
