Financial Consulting Supervisor - Fund Services - Property Accounting

In this role with RSM's fund administration group, you will be responsible for property/investment accounting, financial reporting, and fund operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assume ownership of the fund complex, managing property/investment accounting and reporting end-to-end. - Prepare and review monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and management reporting packages. - Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls in compliance with GAAP requirements. - Handle bookkeeping for entity operations, including cash management, expense accruals, and asset accounting. - Support client, fund accounting team, regulatory authorities, and auditors with queries. - Assist in onboarding new clients, setting up entities, assets, and customized reports. - Develop SOPs and checklists for processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. - Prepare and review capital calls, distribution calculations, and schedules using technology platforms. - Collaborate with global team members to manage operations and provide client servicing. - Mentor and guide new or junior team members. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in property/investment services with fund managers, administrators, or public accounting firms. - Ability to interpret and apply financial and operational terms of Investment Agreements and Structures for PE/RE entities. - Undergraduate degree in accounting; CPA and/or CA preferred. - Proficient in Investment accounting platforms (Yardi knowledge a plus!). - Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and organized. - Demonstrates a strong work ethic, teamwork, personal integrity, positive attitude, and effective communication skills. - Adaptable to dynamic environments, excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
