Financial Consulting Manager - Strategic Finance and FP&A

You will be joining RSM USI as a Financial Strategist to contribute to the Finance Strategy and FP&A Team. In this role, you will be involved in projects that support the Financial Planning and Analysis team in managing the client's financial planning processes. Your expertise in Power BI, Power BI Service, and Alteryx will be crucial in translating business requirements into effective data transformation and visualization solutions. You will also have the opportunity to lead and mentor a small team to drive continuous improvement in Strategic Finance and FP&A practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead financial and business planning projects, pricing strategies, feasibility studies, cost modeling, and working capital analysis - Gather client requirements and develop data pipelines and workflows in Alteryx for customized reporting needs - Design, deploy, and troubleshoot dashboards using Power BI Desktop and Service with advanced DAX formulas - Identify and implement opportunities for data process improvements and automation **Qualifications:** - Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics (e.g., MBA, PGDBM, CFA, CA) - Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Financial Modelling Manager, leading a team in financial modeling, data transformation, and visualization projects **Technical/Soft Skills:** - Proficiency in financial modeling, accounting, and finance principles - Advanced skills in Power BI Desktop and Service, including DAX formulas - Experience with Alteryx Designer, including macro usage, app creation, and end-to-end workflow building - Knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, Power Query, and Macros - Willingness to learn new technologies as required At RSM, you can expect a competitive benefits and compensation package that offers flexibility in your schedule.
