Must possess Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS office etc. - Salary as per Industry Standards (will be discussed) Roles and Responsibilities Expertise in Financial Computations : Possess thorough knowledge in preparing calculations/computations for TDS, GST returns, advance tax payments, refunds, and other statutory obligations. Collaboration with Professionals : Work closely with the Chartered Accountant (Statutory Auditor) and various consultants to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial matters. Financial Transaction Management : Oversee accounts payable and receivable, handle payment processing, and perform bank reconciliations efficiently. Financial Reporting : Prepare and evaluate(review) income tax returns along with financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Audit Support : Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, account finalization, balance sheet preparation, and profit and loss account reviews. MIS Reporting : Develop and reconcile monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to support decision-making processes. Tax Authority Interaction : Demonstrate proficiency in preparing data and drafting responses to notices from tax authorities or departments, including coordination and visits as needed. Month-End Closure : Provide support in the monthly closure of accounts to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Regulatory Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date understanding of GST and income tax regulations and related matters. Additional Duties : Undertake various other tasks as assigned from time to time to support organizational needs. Assessment of Incoe Tax & GST Matters.
