Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management - Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and repeat business.
  • Capital Market & Financial Advisory - Provide expert advice in Capital Market strategies, Financial structuring, and Regulatory compliance. Counsel clients on investment strategies aligned with their risk profile and financial goals.
  • Specialized Advisory Services

Debt & IPO Advisory Services

  • Market & Regulatory Awareness - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor insights, and changes in regulatory frameworks affecting capital and credit markets.
  • Loan Advisory & Negotiation - Handle end-to-end sales and advisory for loans including MSME, SME, Business Loans (BL), Secured and Unsecured Loans.
  • Negotiate loan terms ensuring full compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
  • Exceptional Client Servicing - Provide superior customer service by addressing client queries, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless financial journey.
  • Team Mentoring & Leadership - Guide and mentor junior team members, enhancing their skills and aligning performance with business goals.
  • Banking Network Management - Leverage strong professional relationships with bankers and financial institutions for expedited and successful loan disbursements.
