As a Digital Project Manager at Schneider Electric, you will play a crucial role in leading IT projects, focusing on full ERP deployment projects and domain-specific upgrades, particularly in the Finance and Controlling area. Your main responsibilities will include managing functional teams, ensuring service commitments are met, monitoring budget actuals, and engaging in business relations and governance meetings. You will also be involved in project methodology, change management, project governance, and steering committees. Moreover, you will serve as the Project Manager Officer for the team, overseeing financial aspects, implementing the financial strategy at the European level, managing the sourcing strategy, and driving the team improvement plan. Your role will also involve managing the team's portfolio of demands, supporting new demands/projects from pre-study to production, and leading continuous improvement actions. To excel in this role, you should possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be passionate about piloting, coaching, and managing project teams. Your ability to foster collaboration, demonstrate social responsibility, exhibit a sense of commitment, and maintain good relationships will be crucial. Additionally, you should have a strong background in SAP across various modules, especially in Finance & Controlling, as well as proficiency in project management. As part of the Enterprise IT Europe team, you will report directly to the Project Management, Change & Communications Director. Your educational background should include a Master's degree in Engineering/Management. Experience in ERP solutions, IT project management, cross-cultural management, leadership, communication, change management, and agile frameworks will be beneficial.
