Key Responsibilities: - Develop Finance solutions within Oracle EBS Version 12.1.3 with an 80/20 split of functional/technical expertise, focusing on integration design and table structures. - Lead functional testing efforts, including system refreshes and related changes, while ensuring adherence to development standards and processes. - Provide guidance to other business analysts, ensuring best practices are followed in alignment with development standards and processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all processes, procedures, and policies for assigned projects and enhancements. - Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of new business functionalities, offering knowledge transfer and support to team members. - Create functional documentation for Oracle EBS RICEFW and deliver defined scope and deliverables within established timelines and milestones. - Participate in workshops, design technical solutions, estimate efforts for projects within Finance, and provide updates on project status, issues, risks, escalations, and change requests. - Collaborate with 3rd party vendors on application support issues, defects, and enhancements. What you'll Bring: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management or related discipline. - Minimum of 8 years of Oracle EBS platform functional experience and Oracle Financial cycle experience. - Experience with modules such as AR, AP, GL, FA, PA, SLA, CM, OM, with a preference for subscription billing and Revenue Recognition (RevPro) experience. - Formal process documentation experience and familiarity with software tools for capturing business process flows. - PMP and/or Agile Practitioner training or certification is highly desired. - Completed at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle EBS or another ERP system. - Proficiency in designing functional standards and processes, and knowledge of all software development phases.
