In this role based in Hyderabad (Hybrid), you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships and trust with both new and existing customers in sectors such as retail, finance, manufacturing, and the public sector. Your main task will involve articulating our cutting-edge solutions, including Data Centre/Storage, Cloud, Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and IoT, to help customers achieve the highest levels of success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Finance solutions within Oracle EBS Version 12.1.3 with an 80/20 split of functional/technical expertise, focusing on integration design and table structures. - Lead functional testing efforts, including system refreshes and related changes, while ensuring adherence to development standards and processes. - Provide guidance to other business analysts, ensuring best practices are followed in alignment with development standards and processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all processes, procedures, and policies for assigned projects and enhancements. - Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of new business functionalities, offering knowledge transfer and support to team members. - Create functional documentation for Oracle EBS RICEFW and deliver defined scope and deliverables within established timelines and milestones. - Participate in workshops, design technical solutions, estimate efforts for projects within Finance, and provide updates on project status, issues, risks, escalations, and change requests. - Collaborate with 3rd party vendors on application support issues, defects, and enhancements. What you'll Bring: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management or related discipline. - Minimum of 8 years of Oracle EBS platform functional experience and Oracle Financial cycle experience. - Experience with modules such as AR, AP, GL, FA, PA, SLA, CM, OM, with a preference for subscription billing and Revenue Recognition (RevPro) experience. - Formal process documentation experience and familiarity with software tools for capturing business process flows. - PMP and/or Agile Practitioner training or certification is highly desired. - Completed at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle EBS or another ERP system. - Proficiency in designing functional standards and processes, and knowledge of all software development phases.
