Already one of the largest auto-tech platforms globally, were on a mission to grow 10x in the next 5 years. And were looking for an SEO rockstar to help us get there organically. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Roadmap: Define scalable SEO strategies for Cars24, Loans24, and Insurance24 with aggressive growth targets. Technical SEO: Run in-depth audits and optimize for crawl budget, indexation, site structure, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness & structured data. Content Collaboration: Work with editorial teams to build SEO-first content, optimize legacy articles, and fill topic gaps. On-Page SEO: Ensure title tags, headings, internal linking, and keyword placements are in top form across thousands of pages. Competitor Analysis: Reverse-engineer competitor performance and find opportunities to outrank them. Experimentation: Run SEO A/B tests and data-led experiments to iterate faster and smarter. Reporting: Monitor KPIs (organic traffic, rankings, CTRs, conversions) using GSC, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with engineering, product, design, and legal/compliance teams to implement changes at scale. Who Are We Looking For? 36 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in high-traffic websites, marketplaces, or BFSI domains). Proven track record with technical SEO , especially for complex, large-scale sites. Strong command over tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console , and GA4. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript SEO basics is a plus. Experience with finance/insurance SEO or high CPC/regulated keywords is a strong advantage. Analytical, detail-oriented, and deeply passionate about search. Excellent communication skills able to align stakeholders from marketing to engineering.
