Essential Skills and Experience 5 to 8 years of experience in solar sales and field sales Relevant experience in selling products like solar modules, inverters, MMS, etc. Possess the ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations Possess advanced interpersonal skills and negotiation skills Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Key Responsibilities Develop strategies to increase sales through channel Meet directors/promoters/CXOs of EPC companies and gather their upcoming requirements for material and financing Offer Supply Chain Finance solutions and also procurement services for modules, inverter, BOS, etc Acquire clients by penetrating new markets and work with channel partners Meet customers and explain about the services and products of the company Engage closely with internal finance and credit teams to structure a financing solution tailored to the EPC's specific needs Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources.
