Role Overview: You will be responsible for advising financial and non-financial institutions across risk management areas such as risk strategy, transformation programs, enterprise risk, portfolio management, capability maturity assessments, fraud and financial crime risk compliance. Additionally, you will collaborate with global deal teams in selling, shaping, and developing client deals by providing subject matter expertise on risk-related topics. Your role will also involve shaping thought capital around current and emerging risk management topics and contributing to the development of Accenture points-of-view on risk trends and issues. Furthermore, you will support practice development through various activities such as staffing, quality management, capability development, and knowledge management. Building strong relationships with global Accenture Risk Management teams and developing existing relationships based on mutual benefit and synergies will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate good project management skills and experience in managing teams across functions and geographies - Possess strong business acumen and knowledge of risk management processes - Solve complex business problems and deliver client satisfaction - Utilize strong writing skills to build viewpoints on current industry trends - Apply analytical and problem-solving skills with a quick learning aptitude - Communicate effectively with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills - Display cross-cultural competence to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment Qualifications Required: - MBA from Tier-1 B-schools with specialization in risk management - 3-7 years of risk management experience at Financial Services institutions, Rating Agency, Professional Services, OR Risk Advisory with understanding in credit risk measurement, market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk management, treasury experiences, and compliance - Hands-on experience in various risk management areas such as credit risk measurement, market risk measurement, liquidity risk measurement, operational risk management, financial crime and compliance, enterprise risk management, and treasury experiences - Knowledge of risk regulatory frameworks and risk platforms - Industry certifications such as FRM, PRM, CFA are preferred Kindly note that the additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.,
