Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Finance Operations - R2R professional to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in Journal Entry Posting, Master Data Management, and Financial Reporting. Key Responsibilities: Posting Journal Entries (Standard, Accruals, Allocations, etc.). Managing Master Data (Profit Centers, Cost Centers, GL Codes, Bank Account Codes, Exchange Rates, Blocking & Unblocking Masters, etc.). Ensuring compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and other accounting standards . Working with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle , and other reporting tools. Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in Finance Operations, specifically R2R. Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.) . Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar financial ERP systems . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a night shift environment.
