Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance MIS Executive to join a team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing funds, preparing cash flow statements, project budgeting, and compiling monthly MIS reports. The role also involves coordination with internal teams and external consultants to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare actual cash flow statements and projections.
• Create and manage project-wise cash flows and budgets.
• Analyze and compare forecasted vs actual cash flows.
• Supervise accounting entries and ensure accuracy in Tally records.
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for return filings, compliance, and query resolution.
• Manage investments of surplus funds (company/individual) in FD or liquid funds.
• Collate data and coordinate with various internal departments for financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate and complete financial records and audit trails.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports in designated formats/templates.
• Coordinate with the finance team for vendor payments and maintain vendor ledgers.
• Support other departments with ad-hoc MIS and reporting tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduate (B.Comor M.Com) / CA Inter

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software is an advantage.
