Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on the experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounting and finance operations, including vendor billing, salary processing, statutory payments, and bank reconciliations, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Experience: 1–3 yearsQualification: B. Com / M. Com / CA Inter (Article ship completed) / CMA Inter (Article ship completed)Software Proficiency: Zoho Books/ Tally/ Similar ERPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and process vendor bills and ensure timely and accurate accounting.
• Manage payment processing including vendor payments, utility payments, and internal reimbursements.
• Handle salary disbursement and maintain salary records in compliance with internal policies.
• Manage bank transactions and day-to-day cash flow operations.
• Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Process statutory payments such as PF, ESI, TDS, and GST within due dates.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to handle accounting clarifications and queries.
• Use Zoho Books for all core accounting and reporting functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• · B. Com / M. Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter (with completed article ship mandatory).
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations.
• Working knowledge of Zoho Books is essential.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and payroll processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client-handling skills.
• ·High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
