RESPONSIBILITIES Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of an organization, ensuring compliance, and advising senior management on financial strategies. They analyze financial data, prepare reports, manage budgets, and direct investment activities to optimize profitability and ensure the company's financial well-being. · Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing and implementing financial plans, forecasting future financial performance, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. · Budget Management: Preparing and managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines. · Investment Management: Analyzing investment opportunities, managing investments, and maximizing returns. · Financial Reporting and Compliance: Preparing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. · Risk Management: Identifying and assessing financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate risks, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. · Staff Supervision: Overseeing the work of finance staff, providing guidance, and ensuring team effectiveness. · Advisory Role: Providing financial advice to senior management on strategic decisions, including investment decisions, cost-cutting initiatives, and resource allocation. · Collaboration: Working with other departments (e.g., marketing, HR) to support their financial goals and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
