Candidate Requirements
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
• Currently working in a corporate organisation or established company; candidates from e-commerce,
D2C, FMCG, retail, or consumer brands will be preferred.
• 510 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience managing finance independently.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, financial reporting, and financial controls.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
• Experience in marketplace reconciliations, inventory management, and working capital planning is a
strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable working directly with the Founder.
