Finance Manager

Position: Finance Manager
Location: PashamylaramExperience: 7+ years

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee the complete accounting cycle, ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS / AS) and company policies.
• Finalization of standalone and consolidated Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Manage day-to-day general ledger operations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to maintain absolute accuracy.

2. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

• GST Compliance: Ensure timely filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C, and reconciliation of input tax credit (ITC) with portal data.
• Direct Taxation: Handle corporate tax computations, advance tax planning, TDS/TCS filings, and oversee Tax Audits under Section 44AB.
• Labor & Statutory Compliances: Ensure 100% compliance with EPF & ESIC regulations, professional tax, and other applicable statutory laws.
• Audits: Act as the primary interface for Statutory Audits, GST Audits, and Tax Audits, ensuring prompt resolution of auditor observations and smooth audit closures.

3. Working Capital & Bank Relationship Management

• Coordinate closely with banks and financial institutions for credit facilities, working capital limits (CC/OD), term loans, bank guarantees (BG), and letters of credit (LC).
• Maintain financial covenants, monitor interest and financial charges, and optimize borrowing costs.

4. Cash Flow Planning & Vendor Management

• Formulate robust cash flow forecasts (weekly/monthly) to ensure optimal liquidity for operational continuity and project execution.
• Oversee vendor payment management, ageing analysis, and execution of payment cycles aligned with cash availability and commercial terms.
• Implement internal financial controls to plug leakages and optimize operational expenditures.

5. Financial Analysis & Management Decision Support

• Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual), and profitability dashboards for the management team.
• Assist management in cost-benefit analyses, pricing strategies, and evaluation of capital expenditures.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
