Finance Executive(AP & AR)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing Accounts Receivable, assisting in financial closings, preparing financial records, reconciling bank statements, and supporting in the preparation of MIS reports and financial analysis. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams and external auditors, ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards, and work with global clients to adhere to international accounting standards and timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Accounts Receivable including customer billing, collections, and reconciliations. - Assist in month-end and year-end financial closings. - Prepare and maintain financial records ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers. - Support in preparation of MIS reports and financial analysis. - Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required. - Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. - Work with global clients ensuring adherence to international accounting standards and timelines. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience working with global clients will be a strong advantage. - Proficiency in financial record-keeping and reconciliation. - Knowledge of accounting standards and compliance requirements. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and with external stakeholders.
