Job Summary

Finance Executive (Accounts & FP&A)

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who has a strong base in accounting, a flair for numbers, and is eager to learn strategic finance. You will work closely with senior finance professionals and the founders office, gaining valuable experience in end-to-end finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain the integrated

  Business Plan (AOP)/financial model

  (student numbers, revenue, costs, margins, fund requirements).
• Record and reconcile

  accounting entries in Tally (AP, AR, bank, GL)

  , ensuring compliance with

  AS/Ind-AS

  .
• Prepare MIS

  reports, dashboards, and variance analysis

  for management.
• Work with cross-functional teams (academics, marketing, HR) to gather inputs for financial planning and budgeting.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in commerce (B.Com / M.Com);

  CA Inter

  preferred.

• 02 years

  of experience/ Articleship in finance, FP&A, or accounting.
• Strong

  Excel & financial modelling skills

  (lookups, pivots, sensitivity analysis).
• Good understanding of

  P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow

  .
• Knowledge of

  Tally

  and accounting fundamentals.
• Prior exposure to

  education/edtech

  is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business inputs into financial assumptions.
