About the Role

Optimum Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on Tally experience. You’ll play a key role in managing daily accounting processes, supporting compliance, and contributing to timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP
• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and financial reporting
• Support invoice preparation and GST compliance
• Assist with basic taxation and statutory filings
• Prepare monthly financial summaries
• Maintain accounting records and office correspondence

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) – mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (freshers with strong Tally skills may be considered)
• Practical experience in Tally ERP (required)
• Good understanding of GST, taxation basics, and compliance
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail with good communication skills (English & Hindi)
