Finance Executive ( Female)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring they are accurate and comply with relevant regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data to management.
• Handle tax returns, including VAT and corporate tax filings, and liaise with tax authorities.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial documents regularly.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and company finances, including preparing cash forecasts.
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and local legislation.
• Track and manage company expenses, ensuring they align with the approved budget.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports for stakeholders, senior management, and investors.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and issues as they arise.
• Support other administrative and accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
