Finance Data & Analytics Analyst

Role Overview: As a member of the FP&A team at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing finance data, building dashboards, and supporting automation initiatives. Your primary focus will be on ensuring data accuracy, creating visualizations, and conducting analytics to provide valuable insights for planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, validate, and organize financial and operational data from various sources. - Assist in developing dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar software. - Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with global finance and IT teams to maintain data integrity and support automation projects. - Contribute to scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis under the guidance of senior team members. - Document processes and participate in continuous improvement projects related to data and analytics workflows. - Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL is a plus. - Basic understanding of financial concepts and FP&A processes. - Interest in automation and emerging technologies (AI/ML) in finance. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Proficiency in both spoken and written English language.
