We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager and Team Lead to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. This is a challenging role that requires a high level of expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and ratio and price analysis. Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from budgeted or actual results Perform ratio and price analysis to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions Requirements 5 - 12 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting MBA (Finance), CA, or CMA degree Strong expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and ratio and price analysis Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Contact Person- Brindha Kamaraj Email id- brindha@gojobs.biz
