Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing using Zoho Payroll
  • Prepare and file TDS returns (quarterly and annually)
  • Handle GST filing – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns
  • Ensure accurate and timely PF & ESI filing for employees
  • Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliation of accounts
  • Assist with statutory audits and tax assessments
  • Coordinate with HR for salary structuring and compliance
  • Generate monthly financial reports and MIS statements
  • Proficiency in Zoho Payroll and Zoho Books
  • Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, PF, and ESI regulations
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of income tax compliance and ROC filings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
