Under the guidance of the Senior Managerin San Jose, CA, theFinance Associate will be responsible for a variety of financial functions with concentration in processing of Employees claim/reimbursementand AP expenses. The Associate is expected to function at a high level of expertise and competency with the ability to use sound judgment while producing consistent results. Problem solving skills, initiative, attention to detail and verbal and written proficiency of the English language are essential elements for success in this position.
1. Demonstrated experience working productively in a fast-paced environment
2. Better than entry level skill in ERP accounting software
3. Highly motivated self-starter.
4. Execution and Focus.
5. Ability to maintain a professional, courteous demeanor in challenging circumstances.
6. Proficiency in English both written and spoken and in MS Excel
1. Process all vendor invoices in Oracle, assigned within the required TAT after performing invoice audit.
2. Vendor creation/modification in Oracle.
3. Handle invoice inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders.
4. Processing employees claim/reimbursment in COUPA (credit card and cash expenses reimbursement)
5.Assist in providing relevant documentations for financial statements audit /review from time to time
6. Handle other Accounts payable related task (reconciliations, invoice audit, payments etc)
7. Assist in IC work
8.Work with the Senior Accountant on other ad-hoc projects as needed.
