Finance and Accounts Assistant Officer

Financial Accounting:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.- Reconcile bank accounts and other financial vendor/customer accounts.- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

Tax Compliance:- Prepare and file tax returns (income tax, GST, e-way, etc.) in a timely manner.- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.- Coordinate with tax authorities and auditors as needed.

Financial Reporting:- Prepare regular financial reports for management and other stakeholders.- Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues.- Provide financial insights to support decision-making.

Cash Flow Management:- Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity.- Prepare cash flow forecasts and projections.

Internal Controls: - Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.- Conduct regular reviews of financial processes and procedures.

Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- Proven experience in financial accounting and tax compliance

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, etc.)-
