Job Description

As an Accounting Assistant, you will work with the AP Manager to ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and on time. This includes registering all invoices upon receipt to allocate the appropriate period with the relevant expense. You will also be responsible for matching supplier invoices with purchase orders, resolving supplier queries, and reconciling allocated supplier statements. It is important to take the appropriate action to ensure the ledger accurately reflects the true financial position of each company.
