Responsibilities:-
Job Description-
•Proficient in bank reconciliations, sales entries, and memo
preparation on Tally software.
•Experienced in disseminating monthly sales and receipt
updates.
•Skilled in calculating profit ratios and managing gross profit
sheets.
•Competent in handling Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)
obligations.
•Maintained CRM Database to track and report on accounts
receivable.
•Managed Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
•Coordinated with the team regarding invoices and inventories.
•Reviewed the company's compliance tracker and MIS reports
on a weekly and monthly basis.
•Managing accounts and maintaining accurate records using
Tally software.
•Updating and maintaining both manual account books and
Tally, including Excel spreadsheets, to track financial
transactions effectively.
Managing purchase orders and overseeing procurement
activities and maintaining company ledgers meticulously on
Tally Prime. •Proficiently handling GST and TDS tax compliance.
Performing comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
Managing the company's payment processes efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
