Finance Accounts & Credit Notes Internship

As a finance intern at DN Associates, you will be joining the accounts and credit note team to support day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure accurate and organized financial data. This hands-on opportunity will allow you to gain valuable experience in core finance functions and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting in maintaining financial records, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliation. - Verifying sales returns, customer complaints, and approval memos before credit note processing. - Reconciling credit note transactions with sales and accounts receivable data. - Coordinating with internal departments to resolve discrepancies. - Maintaining organized and up-to-date documentation of all credit note and transaction records. - Supporting month-end and year-end close processes. - Assisting in preparing reports related to credit notes, refunds, and adjustments. Qualifications Required: - Detail-oriented and motivated individual. - Strong organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Basic knowledge of accounting principles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus.
