Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our Loan Recovery team. The role involves reaching out to customers with overdue payments, reminding them of their dues, and assisting them in clearing outstanding loans in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending/overdue loan repayments. 2. Explain payment terms and provide clarity on loan repayment schedules. 3. Maintain polite and professional communication while handling customer queries. 4. Update customer information and payment status in the system. 5. Escalate unresolved cases to senior team members when required. 6. Meet daily/weekly calling and recovery targets. Qualifications: 1. Education: Graduate (any stream). 2. Good communication skills in [Hindi/Marathi]. 3. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry). 4 Ability to handle pressure and maintain a positive attitude. Interested?
