As a Product Designer 1 in their Chennai TOC design team, your role will involve creating seamless and intuitive digital solutions for complex business workflows, ultimately enhancing user experiences. This collaborative position will require you to design impactful and scalable solutions, utilizing strong systems thinking and exceptional executional craft. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to develop user-centric features for the Tekion Operating Cloud. You will be responsible for driving the design process from conducting user research to creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, ensuring consistency and scalability across products. Your role will also involve advocating for exceptional UX by understanding user personas and business workflows in the automotive and cloud platform space, integrating user research and usability testing for continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in designing digital products, particularly in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise web applications. Your portfolio should showcase expertise in UX/UI design, covering user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, final UI, and shipped products. Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma, and experience working across web, iOS, and Android platforms are essential. Additionally, you should possess a clear understanding of product thinking, user psychology, and agile team dynamics, along with strong communication and storytelling skills.
