Key Responsibilities Assist in verifying the final quality of products on the production line. Compare physical characteristics of components, materials, and products to technical specifications. Identify and separate non-conforming products using basic measurement tools and techniques. Document quality issues and defects using designated systems and reporting tools. Follow company-defined quality norms, safety standards, and operational procedures. Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S and safety standards. External Qualifications and Competencies Qualifications High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education. Equivalent experience may be considered where applicable. Responsibilities: Quality planning, strengthen Quality control systems and support trouble shooting. Educate QC Team for inspection, drafting check points for better quality and anti-claim production policy. Educate QC team regarding the technical & quality aspects, reducing the rejection level. Monitoring aspects of quality control with adoption & implementation of corrective action at right time, Monitor, analyze Daily / Weekly/ Monthly samples & production inspection reports. Liase with functional heads within the plant for product quality, New product development and process adherence. To conduct meetings with the Cutting, Production supervisors, & QC for quality samples & production, Analyse Customer complaints, implement CAPA and follow up within the Plant and with Customers. Develop and maintain excellent relationship with customers. Facilitate, monitor and follow up for Customer Audits. Lead and guide all quality related aspects at the plant site by implementing quality management systems, quality plans and controls to achieve plant's objectives Continuous training & development of employees for quality improvement Required Skills Attention for detail Team player Good in communication Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
