We are seeking an experienced and skilled Book Binding Manager to oversee and manage our entire bookbinding operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in binding techniques and team supervision, with a hands-on approach to quality, scheduling, and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Bookbinding Operations Supervision Oversee all bookbinding activities including cutting, folding, stitching, gluing, and final finishing. Ensure high-quality output across various binding types: hardcover, softcover, spiral, etc. Team Supervision Lead and guide the bookbinding team to ensure smooth daily operations. Allocate tasks and ensure proper coordination among workers. Quality Control Inspect processes and final products to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Address defects or errors promptly with corrective actions. Manpower Handling Effectively manage binding floor staff, monitor performance, and resolve labor-related issues. Ensure manpower is optimally deployed to meet deadlines. Process Improvement Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain consistency. Ensure machinery and tools are well maintained. Job Scheduling & Execution Plan daily work schedules based on priority and delivery timelines. Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely execution and delivery.
