Job Title: Finacle Platform Engineer (PE) Experience Level Minimum 10 years of product experience Key Responsibilities As a Finacle Platform Engineer (PE), you will: Finacle Product Expertise: Leverage deep product experience in Finacle Core Banking (Infosys/Edgeverve), including Finacle 11 requirements, product capabilities, and customization architecture. Customization & Integration: Perform Finacle core customization with hands-on knowledge in REST API integration. Handle Finacle interfacing requirements using Custom and Product APIs (Connect 24, Finacle Integrator). Technical Development: Apply expertise in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions) best practices related to Finacle. Work with Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting, and report designing. Modern Technologies: Utilize Node.js and Kubernetes (k8s), with hands-on experience in BAF and Micro batches. Finacle Operations: Understand and work with Finacle customization flows (New custom menu, Reports - MRT & Jasper, Batch job, Product menu customization, FI, EOD-BOD process, and debugging). Architecture & Design: Ensure the quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization. Research and benchmark technology against best-in-class solutions. Leadership & Mentorship: Effectively manage a team, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep technical and functional knowledge. Standards & Methodologies: Adhere to best coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards. Work within an Agile methodology. Mandatory Skills & Experience Technical Proficiency: Finacle Core Banking: Minimum 10 years of product experience in Finacle Core Banking (Infosys/Edgeverve), including Finacle 11 requirements and product capability. Finacle Customization: Hands-on knowledge of Finacle core customization , including REST API integration and understanding of Finacle Product Architecture & Customization layers. Finacle Interfacing: Experience handling Finacle Interfacing requirements (Custom and Product APIs/Connect 24/Finacle Integrator). Database: Experience in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions) best practices related to Finacle. Scripting: Experience in Finacle scripting and Unix shell scripting . Web Technologies: Experience on Node.js along with k8s . Finacle Operations: Understanding of Finacle customization flow (New custom menu, Reports - MRT & Jasper, Batch job, Product menu customization, FI, EOD-BOD process and debugging). Microbatches: Hands-on experience in BAF and Micro batches . Finacle Integrator: Good understanding of Finacle Integrator and feasible enhancements. Finacle Modules: Familiarity with Finacle CRM and Admin module (FINFADM/SSOADM/FININFRA). Experience & Qualifications: Degree/Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience). Minimum 10 years of product experience in Finacle Core Banking. Experience in Agile methodology . Good understanding of Banking domain and terminologies . Finacle certification from Infosys is an added advantage. Essential Professional Skills Leadership: Ability to effectively manage a team, increasing their productivity and effectiveness. Self-Motivation: Self-motivator and self-starter, ability to own and drive tasks without supervision. Collaboration: Works collaboratively with teams across the organization. Communication: Excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present ideas to Senior and Executive management. Quality & Standards: Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing, and Documentation standards and practices. Research: Ability to effectively research and benchmark technology.
