Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 (L2) support for Finacle core banking solutions, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex technical problems related to Finacle products and services.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent communication, empathy, and issue ownership skills.
  • Utilize problem-solving techniques such as root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve recurring issues.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
