Hands on experience in BAF and Micro batches Good understanding of Finacle Integrator and feasible enhancements to the same Finacle Core Banking Functional knowledge Good understanding of Banking domain and terminologies used. Finacle certification from Infosys will be added advantage Finacle CRM and Admin module (FINFADM/SSOADM/FININFRA) Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices Experience in Agile methodology. Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization. Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies. Able to effectively manage a team, increasing their productivity and effectiveness on technical and functional by sharing deep knowledge and experience. Maintaining documentation of Finacle customization, integration, and solution. Ensuring Finacle solutions comply with security and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Finacle CBS and CRM functionalities. 2. Conduct manual and exploratory testing to identify defects and ensure system behavior aligns with business requirements. 3. Leverage automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium) to automate repetitive test cases and improve test efficiency (experience with a plus, but not mandatory). 4. Analyze test results, identify bugs, and report them using a bug tracking system. 5. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and verify bug fixes. 6. Participate in code reviews to identify potential functional defects early in the development cycle. 7. Stay up-to-date on the latest Finacle features and functionalities. 8. Maintain clear and concise test documentation for future reference. 9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA processes. Qualifications: 1. 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on functional testing. 2. A strong understanding of Finacle CBS and CRM functionalities is highly desirable. 3. Ability to test the functionalities with Finacle Integrator (FI) and understanding of APIs involved. 4. In-depth understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (e.g., black-box testing, exploratory testing) 5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders. 7. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. 8. Experience with test automation frameworks is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Java). 9. Experience with SQL queries for data manipulation and validation is a plus
