As a QA Manager specializing in Finacle Testing, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the quality assurance of our Finacle-based solutions in Mumbai, India. With 10-20 years of experience in software testing, including at least 5 years specifically in Finacle testing, you will lead a team of QA engineers to ensure the reliability, performance, and user experience of our products meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive test strategies encompassing functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing. You will define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess testing effectiveness and efficiency. Additionally, you will manage the testing phases, from test case design to defect tracking, and provide mentorship to your team on testing methodologies and best practices. Collaboration with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders is essential to align testing objectives with requirements. You will communicate testing progress, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Establishing and maintaining robust quality assurance processes, including defect tracking and continuous improvement initiatives, will be a key aspect of your role. Your deep understanding of Finacle functionalities, architecture, and integration points will enable you to leverage Finacle's testing tools and utilities effectively. Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, performance testing tools like JMeter, and defect tracking tools including Jira will be beneficial. Moreover, your grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies will be essential in leading and managing QA teams successfully. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Preferred qualifications include certifications in ISTQB, Agile, or Finacle, as well as experience in testing cloud-based applications and knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
