You should have 8-10 years of hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of utility equipment such as air compressors, refrigerant dryers, DG sets, chilling plants, cooling tower fans, gas-fired thermic fluid heaters, water softening plants, bore well pumps and their piping networks, filtration units, and RO plants. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and monitoring daily utility log sheets, highlighting abnormalities, monitoring water quality parameters to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues proactively. You will be expected to troubleshoot utility equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of utility operations with the production schedule. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and mentoring junior operators to enhance their skills and knowledge in utility operations. Documenting all utility maintenance activities, utility equipment readings, and operational procedures accurately. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize utility operations and reduce energy costs.,
