1. Continuously develop companies business in the defined sales region/application Screen Printing and Milling. 2. Position companies strategically well for long term success. 3. Maintain a proper sales channel mix in the responsible countries in line with our strategic long term partners. 4. Increase companies Sales and market share in the responsible countries / region/application. 5. Develop marketing & sales plans for Screen Printing and Milling. Actively participate in the sales and marketing activities and meetings. 6. Increase Sales and market share in the responsible countries / region /application. 7. Build up and maintain good relationships to our key customers and partners in the Region, based on trust, fairness and mutual understanding. 8. Understand the specific needs of the customer 9. Develop Sales & Marketing plans for the individual countries according to the customer needs and in line with our capabilities. 10. Conduct Market Research and Sensing to develop new clientele. Distribute that information to Management if necessary. 11. Review, update and implement the Sales plan of the region in co-operation with the Management . 12. Secure sustainable growth of business. 13. Generate value added offerings for our Customer. 14. Update and develop sales contracts with our partners 15. Identify new opportunities in the region. 16. Support of the Business Unit - and the South East Asia Region's strategy. Skill / Experience: • Proven Sales Record . Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills. Dynamic, pro-active work style. • Strong supervisory and leadership skills. High degree of travelling to the countries in the region is required. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Technical understanding of Filter Media and Filtration processes Proficient with MS office.
