Job Summary: The Filter Press Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the filter press equipment used to separate solids from liquids in industrial processes. This role includes setting up the equipment, managing the filtration cycle, ensuring optimal operation, performing basic maintenance, and following all safety and quality guidelines to ensure efficient and compliant plant operations. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor filter press equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality. - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime. - Prepare and manage materials for filtration processes, ensuring proper setup and operation. - Maintain accurate logs of production activities and report any anomalies to supervisors. - Collaborate with team members to improve operational procedures and introduce best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Education: ITI/Diploma or related discipline. Experience: 1–5 years of experience as a Filter Press Operator, preferably in cement/chemical/power industry. Soft Skills: Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
