Key Responsibilities: Drive technical sales of filtration products (cartridge filters, coalescers, basket filters, strainers, etc.) to process industries across India and overseas markets. Analyze customer requirements and perform technical sizing, flow rate calculations, pressure drop estimations, and product selection to recommend the most suitable filtration solutions. Prepare and review technical proposals, datasheets, and design specifications for filtration systems. Support the engineering and design team in post-order execution, including participation in review of GA drawings, BOM, and design documentation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and end-users by offering technically sound solutions. Conduct detailed technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers. Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, follow up on quotations, and secure sales orders. Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Production, Quality, and Dispatch) to ensure accurate and timely execution of customer orders. Monitor project progress and assist in troubleshooting technical issues as needed. Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits to promote company capabilities and products. Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform product development and strategy. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 8-10 years of technical sales experience in the filtration or process equipment industry. In-depth knowledge of cartridge filters, coalescers, strainers, and pressure vessel design standards. Experience with performing sizing calculations, pressure drop analysis, and filtration system design. Ability to interpret P&IDs, GA drawings, and technical specifications. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems. Willingness to travel as required for business development and client support. Preferred Skills: Experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical, and Fertilizer industry applications. Familiarity with ASME codes and international filtration standards. Capability to work independently and manage technical and commercial aspects of complex projects.

Desire Engineer Role and Responsibilities Circuit designing and circuit analysis based on the product requirement. Component selection/alternative to building low cost BOM. Designing component library, schematic and PCB layout using Altium Designer software. Working with Senior Engineer in building the hardware architecture of the product. Planning testing of the hardware board and test bench for the system testing. Creating design document, test procedure document and test reports. Desired Engineer Profile Experienced in hardware designing of industrial and automotive products. Experienced in hardware design and development of board for 32-bit MCU and its peripherals for embedded systems. Must have Strong knowledge of Analog circuits, digital circuits, and mixed circuits. Experience in power circuit designing is added advantage. Strong design and hardware troubleshooting skills, including debugging, performance analysis, and test design. Experienced in EMC/EMI circuit calculation, analysis, and implementation will be added advantage. Experienced in Altium Designer software for schematic building, component library creation and PCB layout designing along with strong knowledge of PCB layout guidelines and standards used for PCB designing.
