Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, follow up on quotations, and secure sales orders. Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Production, Quality, and Dispatch) to ensure accurate and timely execution of customer orders. Monitor project progress and assist in troubleshooting technical issues as needed. Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits to promote company capabilities and products. Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform product development and strategy. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 8-10 years of technical sales experience in the filtration or process equipment industry. In-depth knowledge of cartridge filters, coalescers, strainers, and pressure vessel design standards. Experience with performing sizing calculations, pressure drop analysis, and filtration system design. Ability to interpret P&IDs, GA drawings, and technical specifications. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems. Willingness to travel as required for business development and client support. Preferred Skills: Experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical, and Fertilizer industry applications. Familiarity with ASME codes and international filtration standards. Capability to work independently and manage technical and commercial aspects of complex projects.
