As a Feature Film Editor at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the narrative heart of our upcoming production. Your profound understanding of cinematic storytelling, pacing, and emotional impact will be key in delivering an exceptional final cut. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your credited experience as a Film Editor on feature-length narrative films to bring creativity and expertise to the editing process. - Demonstrate expert proficiency in professional film editor software to enhance the visual and emotional aspects of the film. - Translate the director's vision into a cohesive and impactful final cut that resonates with the audience. - Master pacing, performance selection, and continuity across all phases of post-production to ensure a seamless viewing experience. - Collaborate effectively with the Director, Producer, and post team (Sound, VFX, Color) to align on creative decisions and deliver a high-quality end product. Qualifications Required: - Prior credited experience as a Film Editor on feature-length narrative films. - Expert proficiency in professional film editor software. - Proven ability to translate the director's vision into a cohesive, impactful final cut. - Mastery of pacing, performance selection, and continuity across all phases of post-production. - Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with the production team.
