Filler Operator

• Follow and practice EHS guidelines while working on machines and executing any other job responsibilities within the plant
• Execution of Production plan with QR guideline in coordination with Production executive by following all quality parameters
• Responsible for all packing materials availability as per filling plan.
• Drive for achieving set norms of OEE of the machine
• Implement and monitor all quality parameters of finished goods before shifting to dispatch area.
• No deviation in net content as per the weights & measure guidelines.
• Ensure blending vs filling reconciliation after Production run.
• Ensure maintaining housekeeping, hygiene standards at work place

Follow and practice EHS guidelines while working on machines. Must remember EHS policy always while working as well as during non-working hours within the plant. Participate in all EHS ,IMS audits as per company requirement and guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

• Knowledge of automated filling lines
• Knowledge of automated taping Machine, Labeling Machine & well versed with shop floor EHS culture.
• Knowledge of Ink Jet Printer.
• Team Player/Self-Initiator /Self-Learner /Proactive Approach
• Knowledge and skills to handle tools piping/pumps/Instrumentation/Utility, change over setting, PLC setting, Tank changeover, Pigging process, Manifold areas, Pick and placer, Capper machine.
• Knowledge of basic safety standards, usage of PPE’s.
• Basic knowledge of English to read labels

Physical Requirements/Work

Environment

(E.g. If the role is situated in a office environment, stationary position may require ability to sit for about 80% of the time)

Required to stand on the filling line, should be able to work in normal air temperature within the plant .

Normal eyesight, No colour blindness

Should passed the required company physical and medical standards.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
