Filed Officer - FMS

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure premises, buildings and ancillary equipment are properly maintained

Undertake routine inspections as appropriate

Operate and regularly check systems such as toilets, floor areas, inside dusting, Deep cleaning (Twice in a week)

Undertake cleaning duties which may include dusting, emptying bins, picking up litter, sweeping, washing, vacuuming, scrubbing, buffing, polishing, toilet cleaning in areas of the site.

Ensure all cleaning is undertaken

Assist and be responsible for the preparation of rooms and appropriate work areas

Fulfil the requirements as per the client need without any shortage of manpower

Strict action for replacement as per the client requirement

No shortage of manpower at any site, immediately actions and fill the proxy.

Build the contacts with local and nearest area of running sites.

Responsibility to ensure self and others comply with site security and the safe use, storage, and handling of chemicals and equipment

Supervision of cleaning work, maintain the properties.

Keep training to supervisor & other staff, area which they need to be improve and motivation

Support with implementation of health & safety procedures

Monitor and co-ordinate the supervisors & other staff of the organization.

Exchanges necessary information with their supervisor and other staff.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of new joined staff at any sites.

Keep accurate record of the attendance on day-to-day basis.

Maintain the all-site registers. (i.e. Attendance Register)

Submission of all site Invoices.

Monitoring about the used material at all site.

Daily reporting from HK Supervisor regarding manpower at site.

Site visits as per the requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
